I Can Heal Myself in 7 Days

Dr B.K. Chandrashekhar claims to have rediscovered the missing dimension of healing in medical science and psychology, which he calls Psycho Neurobics. In sum, this is a form of healing that combines mudras, colour therapy and sound. Above all, it focusses on healing the mind for he believes that without the healing of the mind, the body cannot heal.

I CAN HEAL MYSELF IN 7 DAYS is written by Dr Chandrashekhar and guides you through the healing process based on the above.

Just Who Am I! and other stories

This book reminds me of my childhood when reading about angels and cute little animals was my favourite pass time. When I got this book, I started reading it myself instead of asking my daughter aged 6 to read it. Such a charming book with cute little characters which make you feel so good…

Just Who Am I! and other stories

Just Who Am I ! is a delightful book with tales that have been told imaginatively. Each of the four charming stories carries a hidden message instructive on human values of love and compassion, while touching upon emotions that children can identify with.

Even adults can share the adventures of Neel, Sparkles, Lily, and Payal and question whether they know who they actually are.

Milk – a Silent Killer

In the 1950s, reports of several nutritional deficiencies in infants fed on soya formula were described. Van Wyk Al (1959) described the development of goitre in an infant who had been fed mull soya. It was previously known that when young rats were kept on a diet of raw soyabeans or soya flour without additional supplementation of iodine, they developed enlargement of thyroid gland.

Many tips and solutions can be found in this book. Read it to learn more about MILK
